A directory, not a trading terminal.
This hub never connects to your wallet.
The TimekeepersHWR / STAKING + POSITION NFTS
Time, ownership, and the art of waiting.
Hexy Was Right (HWR) is a time-based staking experiment on X1. Deposit HWR for a chosen term to receive staking shares. Daily accounting distributes rewards from an existing HWR reserve across those shares; it does not mint new HWR. Stake size and duration affect shares under the contract’s bonus rules. Early exits apply penalties, and matured stakes continue earning until ended. Optionally turn a stake into a transferable NFT: its holder controls the principal, accrued rewards and remaining lock. Rewards vary with the reserve and competing shares; no return is guaranteed.
An NFT transfer passes the entire stake and its rewards to the recipient. Early-exit penalties apply. Never burn a position receipt separately.
Oct 4: staking accounting patches and optional NFT ownership are live. 30% of the then-remaining future reward reserve was reallocated to the operator wallet. This reduced future emissions; existing principal and earned rewards were preserved. This is a material economic change, not a new mint.
The CathedralJACK / CATHEDRAL STAKING
A small-supply experiment with a towering personality.
JACK was created in X1’s early days, before a launchpad, and distributed to anyone who wanted to participate, according to the creator’s account. Named in tribute to X1 founder Jack Levin, it began with just 21 divisible tokens. The latest on-chain supply is 20.999895193 JACK (checked October 4, 2026). Explore its current staking experiment through JACK Cathedral V3. The name does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
The upgrade authority can replace this program’s code. Rules and asset-handling behavior may change. Lockups, penalties, funding limits and loss risks apply; rewards are not guaranteed.
Oct 4: this listing links to Cathedral V3, not the original JACK staking program. The program address was checked against the live site’s public bundle; finalized on-chain ProgramData shows upgrade authority retained by 9APPkUbLrvf716zwWuYLh9xp9Qf67AuYtsqSP831ANZa. This is an authority check, not a security audit.
The Tax LabIRS / NATIVE XNT DISTRIBUTIONS
Transfer taxes, XNT distributions, and experimental vaults.
IRS is a meme coin exploring transfer-tax mechanics on the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM), deployed on X1. An off-chain keeper, using an operator-controlled wallet, collects the tax and sells collected IRS for XNT. From October 6, 2026, new sale proceeds split 50/50: proportional XNT rewards for eligible holders (including the keeper) and IRS purchases into the keeper wallet’s holdings. Each buyback allocation targets release over roughly 14 days, with opportunities every two hours, with small amounts batched and gas/price safeguards. This is operator-owned accumulation, not individual-holder compounding or a token burn. Daily batching reduces delivery overhead, but the process depends on the keeper being online and funded. It is an experiment in token mechanics—not a government service or guaranteed income.
Payouts can be delayed or interrupted. The keeper needs connectivity and funding. Gross receipts are not net profit. Not affiliated with any government or tax agency.
Oct 6: the 50/50 keeper policy is active, with slow buybacks and unchanged daily payout timing. A 5,000,000-IRS gross transfer funded the collector; 4,750,000 was spendable and 250,000 withheld as transfer tax. Existing earned rewards were preserved. See the Notebook for the transaction and policy details; amounts are a dated funding receipt, not live balances.
Status checked October 4, 2026. These are dated observations, not a continuous security audit. Project links contain current balances and operational information. No token price or return forecast is provided.

We’re planning to recycle the available dev-wallet IRS into the tax-sale collector to support future conversions, holder rewards and buybacks. The balance checked today was 760,655.574187 IRS. At the current 5% transfer tax, that would deliver approximately 722,622.795477 spendable IRS, with 38,032.778710 IRS withheld as transfer tax. This transfer has not been submitted or confirmed; these are proposed amounts, not a completed funding event. Once funded, the keeper would sell inventory gradually under its existing price, batch-size and gas-cost protections—not dump the entire balance at once. Realized XNT follows the existing 50/50 allocation between holder rewards and main buybacks. REFUND VAULT receives its eligible share of holder distributions, not the entire collector balance. This plan uses available operator-held IRS only—not depositor principal, locked vault tokens, holder reward credits or reserved XNT. Recycling existing tokens is not new minting, a burn or new outside revenue. No contract or fee changes are part of this plan. We’ll distinguish a confirmed transfer from this announcement when there is an on-chain receipt.
View the IRS dashboard ↗We transferred 1,500,000 IRS from our operator-held buyback inventory into the dedicated tax-sale collector. The finalized transfer delivered 1,425,000 spendable IRS, with 75,000 IRS withheld under the existing 5% token transfer tax. This recycles existing tokens; it is not new minting, a burn, or new external revenue. Normal tax sales and main buybacks remain enabled under their existing size, price and gas-cost protections. As inventory is sold, realized XNT follows the existing 50/50 allocation between holder rewards and main buybacks. Funding the collector is not an immediate sale or payout of the entire amount. REFUND VAULT receives only its eligible share of holder distributions—not the whole collector balance. Depositor principal, locked REFUND VAULT IRS, existing holder credits and reserved buyback XNT were not used or changed. Historical buyback totals remain cumulative purchases, not a statement of current operator holdings. No contract, fee policy or authority changed for this transfer. IRS remains an actively developed, upgradeable experiment: Clout retains admin and upgrade powers and continues to tinker with the system. Future payouts and returns are not guaranteed.
Verify the 1.5M IRS collector transfer ↗We have deployed a separate custom IRS/XNT liquidity pool on X1 and funded it with 50 XNT plus 272,168.658144 IRS net. Each buy or sell charges a 1.5% custom fee on the IRS side: 0.75% stays in pool reserves for liquidity providers, increasing the assets backing LP shares, and 0.75% burns IRS directly. LP fees are not automatic wallet payouts. IRS’s existing 5% token transfer tax still applies separately; there is no extra custom fee for adding or removing liquidity. Initial funding used 286,493.324363 IRS, with 14,324.666219 IRS withheld as transfer tax. Funding came from unreserved operator assets—not holder reward credits, main buyback reserves, or REFUND VAULT principal or locked funds. A separate 2-XNT arbitrage pilot checks this pool against XDEX every minute. It can execute both swaps atomically only when the expected return covers taxes, pool fees, gas and a profit margin; limits are 0.5 XNT per trade and 0.05 XNT in transaction fees over a rolling 24 hours, with no automatic top-ups. It will not force prices to match at a loss. At the October 18 morning check, reserves still matched initial funding: no pool trades, trading fees or burns had occurred, and the arb pilot had made no trades. The latest scan found no profitable route. These are dated observations, not a live performance feed. The pool is not integrated into XDEX routing; watching XDEX for arbitrage does not mean XDEX trades route through it. This pool is separate from REFUND VAULT and the main IRS buyback keeper. Operator LP tokens remain withdrawable and upgrade/admin authority is retained. Experimental and not independently audited: liquidity providers face price changes, impermanent loss and contract risk; no guaranteed profit. See the IRS dashboard for the LP position and current reserve readings.
Inspect the IRS burn pool and LP position ↗We transferred 4,000,000 existing IRS into the dedicated tax collector—not directly into REFUND VAULT. The finalized transfer credited 3,800,000 spendable IRS and withheld 200,000 IRS under the unchanged 5% transfer tax. No new tokens were minted. The keeper will convert inventory to XNT gradually under its existing batch, price-protection and transaction-cost limits. Realized XNT follows the existing 50/50 allocation between holder rewards and main buybacks; this is not an immediate sale or payout of the entire deposit. REFUND VAULT participates through its eligible proportional holder allocation, not the whole funding amount. Additional completed payouts will give us more real-world observations of the vault integration, but do not by themselves establish security. No vault code or keeper policy was changed.
Verify the 4M IRS transfer ↗Today I updated the IRS dashboard and REFUND VAULT to make the numbers easier to understand. The vault now shows lifetime IRS earned from vault entry/exit fee redistribution, separately from deposits and XNT rewards. These earnings are already included in principal or past withdrawals—not an extra balance to claim. The display reconstructs finalized transaction history and checks it against on-chain balances; incomplete history shows unavailable rather than a guessed number. A clear WALLET CONNECTED indicator and address now identify the active wallet, and comma separators make balances, earnings, leaderboards and transaction reviews readable. Properly comma-formatted amount inputs are supported without changing the signed amount. The approved black-and-lime IRS logo is live on both pages, and the token metadata URI update is finalized on X1. Wallets and explorers may take time to refresh their image caches. No token economics or authorities changed today. The morning vault check found 6 active wallets with 10,537,466.5 IRS in depositor principal and 1,110,483.5 IRS in the locked reserve, fully backed by the vault’s IRS inventory. Actual XNT reward delivery and claims have occurred; no vault buy-and-lock purchase had occurred at that check. This updates the reward-delivery status in the October 9 post. The frontend suite passed 121 tests before the logo-only update; this is not an audit or a guarantee of safety. REFUND VAULT remains experimental and upgradeable.
Explore the updated REFUND VAULT ↗I’m opening REFUND VAULT to anyone who wants to experiment—no whitelist. This is developer-stage software, not a finished product. It is SUPER RISKY: bugs, integrations and changes can cause loss of some or all deposited funds. If you choose to participate, use only small amounts you can afford to lose. There is no guaranteed yield or profit. Deposits and withdrawals have a 3% vault fee, in addition to the IRS token’s existing transfer tax; XNT claims have a 5% fee reserved for buying and locking IRS. Upgrade and admin authority remain under my control, so the code and rules can change and the locked portion is not irrevocably locked. The first real keeper reward delivery is still being validated, and vault buying/locking currently requires an operator-submitted transaction. I would love developers and curious users to have their AI examine the vault, question the accounting, and help me improve it. Ask about deposits, withdrawals, already-credited rewards, fees, custody and upgrade powers—not just the headline idea. Share reproducible findings and improvement suggestions in Clout’s House, linked at the top of this site. AI output is not a security audit or proof that funds are safe; never share seed phrases or private keys. Review the deployed program, not just a description. This is building in public, not a promise of returns.
Read the risks and explore REFUND VAULT ↗I moved 5,000,000 existing IRS from the operator wallet into the dedicated tax collector. The confirmed transfer delivered 4,750,000 spendable IRS and withheld 250,000 IRS under the unchanged 5% transfer tax. No new tokens were minted. The keeper will sell this inventory under its existing small-batch and price-protection rules; it is not a single 5-million-token sale. Resulting XNT follows the new 50/50 policy: holder payouts and gradual purchases into the keeper wallet. This entry records funding, not a completed sale of the entire deposit or a promise of returns.
Verify the 5M IRS transfer ↗The keeper now allocates 50% of new tax-sale XNT to proportional holder rewards, including the keeper wallet, and reserves 50% for IRS purchases into that wallet’s existing position. Already-earned XNT is preserved and daily payouts remain unchanged. Each new buyback allocation releases over roughly 30 days. Small amounts are batched, with at most one buy per 24 hours, a 0.25-XNT minimum, quoted gas no higher than 1% of input, and price/slippage limits. Delays and small residual balances can extend the timeline; there is no large catch-up purchase after downtime. The first 50/50 sale was recorded, 61 local tests passed, and an unsigned live buy simulation passed. No buyback has been executed at publication. This is off-chain operator policy—not a new immutable contract. Bought IRS belongs to the keeper, remains reward-eligible, and is not burned or individually credited to holders. Token taxes and pool fees still apply; this does not create outside yield or guarantee profit.
Read the updated IRS policy ↗Current state of clout right now is i am currently trenching in solana on stonk.fun, seems to be a nice leading launcher over there they have tax coins and odd pairing stuff. Very centralized tax system but people don't seem to care, solana is difficult to build on chain taxes something to do with accounting i guess idk. I am also playing on Robinhood as some coins are cooling off on stonk. I am having lots of fun developing with ai, X1 blockchain is a solid place to build extremely cheap with low risk of loss of capital with an understanding crowd ready to experiment with you. This site will be dedicated to my updates in the markets and projects im building or involved with. :) this text was verbatim my language no ai (aside from a quick spell check and correction rook)
Clout’s Notebook ↗Clout World now brings HWR, JACK Cathedral V3 and IRS together, with token addresses, project links and explicit upgrade-authority disclosures. This notebook is where project changes, research and work in progress will be recorded. Entries are dated updates, not promises of future features or returns.
Explore the projects ↗Today’s HWR update added transferable position NFTs. New stakes can receive a receipt, and existing owners can optionally convert a stake. Transferring the NFT transfers control of its principal, accrued rewards and remaining lock. Existing positions were not automatically converted. Reward and penalty rules remain applicable; upgrade authority is retained. Runtime checks and a live simulation passed, but full browser/wallet interaction testing and universal wallet-gallery artwork remain unverified.
View NFT positions ↗Clout World now links to JACK Cathedral V3, rather than the older staking interface. The V3 program address was verified against the deployed frontend and its upgrade authority was checked on-chain: authority remains active. This is a directory and disclosure update, not a new staking-contract deployment or a security audit.
Visit JACK Cathedral V3 ↗The IRS dashboard now shows funded XNT still awaiting payment, estimated daily timing and incomplete-round warnings. At today’s check, the daily payout had stalled on an expired transaction after five recipient payments; the new display did not resolve that blockage. Unpublished keeper credits and unsold IRS tax are excluded from the funded amount. Use the payout dashboard for the latest on-chain view; this entry records the issue observed today rather than a continuously updated service status.
Check payout status ↗A long-lasting HWR faucet is being explored: connect a wallet, pay the network transaction cost and claim within a contract-enforced release budget. A five-year schedule has been proposed, not finalized. Paying gas does not prove someone is unique; wallet cooldowns alone cannot prevent multi-wallet farming. No new faucet has been deployed or funded. Allocation and claim rules remain undecided.

THE NON-NEGOTIABLES
I am constantly experimenting. These projects are for fun, learning, and game theory. They are not a commitment to make you money.
Tokens may lose all value. Liquidity may disappear and you may be unable to sell, transfer, claim or withdraw. Bugs, exploits, compromised keys, malicious transactions, network failures, dependency failures and operator mistakes can cause permanent loss. Lockups, fees, taxes and penalties may apply. Do not interact with funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.
If a program’s upgrade authority remains active, whoever controls it may replace its code, potentially changing fees, reward formulas, access, withdrawal behavior or control of program-held assets. Unless a verified on-chain timelock restricts that authority, do not assume advance notice or a delay. An upgrade key can also be compromised. A revoked mint authority is not the same as a revoked program upgrade authority.
If upgrade authority is permanently revoked, that program’s code cannot be upgraded through that authority. Bugs may become permanent. Other authorities, frontends, keepers and external dependencies can still matter. “Immutable” does not mean safe, audited or guaranteed.
Do not participate with an expectation of profit, including profit from my efforts or anyone else’s. There is no promise of price appreciation, liquidity, rewards, minimum returns, continued development, support, buybacks or a functioning secondary market. Past distributions and displayed estimates do not guarantee future results. Describing a mechanism as a game or experiment does not eliminate its financial risks or determine its legal classification.
